Our commitment

As of July 2026, our site has been evaluated against this standard using a combination of automated testing and manual testing (including keyboard-only navigation and screen-reader review), and we believe it substantially meets Level AA.

Because accessibility is an ongoing process, there may still be areas of the site that can be improved. We are committed to addressing any issues that are identified.

What we’ve done

We have implemented, among other things:

  • Descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Logical headings and landmark regions for easier navigation with assistive technologies
  • A responsive layout that reflows without loss of content on small screens and at up to 200% zoom

Third-party content and tools

Some features link to services operated by other companies, including Charles Schwab and Orion client portals, our online scheduling tool, and the spam-protection challenge on our contact form. These are provided by third parties, and their accessibility is the responsibility of the respective provider. However, we welcome feedback about any barriers you encounter when using these services from our site.
